Feeling stressed about upcoming exams? Join the Mental Health project group as they will be hosting a meditation session to relieve stress and clam the mind. We will be joined by Wayne State's own Yoga Instructor, Ms. Raluca Metea! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, but are not required to. Creativity is always encouraged, so feel free to bring in a towel or a blanket as a makeshift yoga mat! Anything is fine, and this event is a great way to relieve your stress, and is open to everyone!
